Member Terms.

1. About I WORK AT

Welcome to I WORK AT.

I WORK AT is an employee benefit scheme that gives eligible employees access to a fixed 15% discount at participating independent businesses.

Membership is provided through participating employers and is intended solely for the personal use of eligible employees.

2. Eligibility

You can become a member if:

• Your employer is registered with I WORK AT.
• Your employer has added you as an active employee.
• You have received your digital membership pass.

Your membership remains active while your employer keeps you enrolled.

3. Your Membership

Your membership is:

• Free for employees.
• Personal to you.
• Non-transferable.
• Linked to your employment.
• Delivered digitally through Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

You must not allow anybody else to use your membership.

4. Using Your Pass

Simply present your digital pass before paying.

Participating businesses may:

• Scan your QR code.
• Check your membership status.
• Ask for photographic ID if they reasonably believe your pass is being misused.

If your membership is inactive, the discount will not be applied.

5. The 15% Discount

Participating businesses agree to provide a fixed 15% discount on eligible purchases.

Some exclusions may apply where required by law or where clearly advertised by the participating business.

6. Misuse

Membership may be suspended or cancelled if:

• Your pass is shared with somebody else.
• False information has been provided.
• Fraudulent activity is detected.
• You misuse the scheme.

Businesses may refuse the discount if misuse is suspected.

7. Leaving Your Employer

If you leave the employer that provides your membership, your employer is responsible for removing you from the scheme.

Once removed, your membership will become inactive.

If you join another participating employer, your new employer can activate your membership again.

8. Changes to the Scheme

We may add or remove participating businesses from time to time.

While we aim to provide a consistent experience, participating businesses may join or leave the scheme without notice.

9. Privacy

We only collect the information needed to operate your membership — your name, your email address where your employer provides one, and a record of when your pass is scanned.

Your employer gave us these details so we could issue your pass. We do not sell your data, and we do not report your individual spending back to your employer.
